"Overall this is a good hotel for a multiple night stay. The rooms are clean which is definitely appreciated. Only suggestion about the rooms is to obtain better pillows; they felt like nothing was there but cannot knock the hotel many stars for just that. "We have been here twice, once at Hampton and once at Home2. Great location, good breakfast and rooms in both hotels were clean and newer. Food and drinks you can walk to. Short drive theme parks and everything Orlando has to offer. I would rate it 5 stars if we didn't have to pay for parking. This is a HUGE negative for these types of Hilton properties, just a pathetic money grab."

"Everything about the hotel, except the pillows were wonderful. The rooms had clean sheets and had a whole kitchen to cook your food and store your food but the pillows I mean the pillows dipped as soon as you laid your head on them and it just felt like you were laying on like a feather but everything else about the hotel the pool, the gym, the room, service housekeeping staff. "Our stay was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean — everything felt spotless and well maintained. The facilities were comfortable and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. "The location of this hotel was perfect. Right in the middle of Lake Nona, about 2 miles from Boxi park and 2 minute walk from delicious coffee and food. Check-in was a breeze and the room was perfect. A kitchenette stocked with plates/cups/cookware. The lobby was spotless as well as the hallways. There's a mini mart inside with a self service check out. Also a free breakfast unless 10am. Will definitely be back!"

"Biggest complaints: 1) the WiFi network was kinda trash. Constantly dropping and requiring you to sign back in with your room. Number, and cell service was not amazing either so a lot of bad connectivity in the building and 2) the fire pit was different to get lit and the staff was basically completely lacking any knowledge with helping light it."
